Sharing | Ngo & Partners Retreat 2026 — A Milestone to Move Forward

From 10 to 12 July 2026, the entire Ngo & Partners team from our Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices gathered in Nha Trang for the firm's 2026 Retreat — the first time both offices have come together in full for a shared journey.

Three days together gave the firm a chance to look back on the past eighteen months: to celebrate the first recognitions that the legal community and our clients have given Ngo & Partners, and to honor the effort of every member behind each matter.

It was also a space for generations within the firm to sit together — where young lawyers shared their paths into the profession, and senior lawyers passed on their experiences and the lessons learned along the way. The practice of law is handed down not only through work, but through conversations like these.

The team returned with one shared spirit: a milestone to move forward — and to keep striving to surpass ourselves on the road ahead.
