Announcement | Dr. Hien Nguyen Joins Ngo & Partners as Of Counsel

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien (Hien Nguyen) has joined Ngo & Partners as Of Counsel. With her profound legal expertise and extensive experience in M&A, corporate law, investment, and international trade, Dr. Hien will significantly enhance our capabilities.

Dr. Hien is a distinguished lecturer at the Faculty of Law, College of Economics, Law and Governance (CELG), University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). She holds a Bachelor of Laws (2000), a Master of Laws (2004), and a Doctor of Laws (2014) from Hanoi Law University. Her advanced training includes programs at the University of New South Wales (Australia), the University of the West of England (UK), and research on European contract law at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (Germany).

With over 20 years of research and teaching in international trade law, competition law, contract law, procurement, dispute resolution, and customs, Dr. Hien has led and contributed to numerous academic projects and publications. She has held leadership roles at Hanoi Law University and FLC Group, served as an independent expert for the World Bank, and participated in projects funded by EU-MUTRAP, USAID, and others. Dr. Hien is also an arbitrator at the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Center (VTA).
