Our arbitration practice has extensive experience in commercial arbitration matters in Vietnam, especially arbitrations conducted under the auspices of the arbitration centers in Vietnam.  In addition to their work as counsel in arbitration cases, our arbitration team is tapped by parties to sit as arbitrators in the arbitration centers in Vietnam.  

Our arbitration practice has handled the arbitration of significant commercial disputes, banking disputes, construction disputes, M&A disputes, and shareholder disputes.
