Anh Nguyen is an Associate at Ngo & Partners, specializing in investment, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), licensing, corporate governance, social funds and enterprises. She also assists dispute resolution team in handling complex and high-profile dispute resolution cases at the firm.

Prior to joining Ngo & Partners, Anh worked at several international law firms in Vietnam, gaining extensive experience in investment, corporate law, licensing, and corporate governance. She has advised numerous foreign clients in sectors such as retail, advertising, manufacturing, construction, and trade.

Additionally, Anh provides regular legal counsel on compliance, investment, and business conditions, and project implementation processes in Vietnam.
