Ngan holds an LLB from the University of Economics and Law and an LLM from the University of the West of England (United Kingdom). With nearly four years of experience at a prestigious local law firm and nearly seven years at an international financial technology multinational corporation and a leading global bank operating in Vietnam, Ngan brings expertise and exceptional insight to the legal field.
