Leo Luong leads business development at Ngo & Partners, building the firm’s ecosystem of clients and strategic partners. As a liaison between the firm and the market, Leo connects individuals and organisations with the right services, and accompanies clients through matters spanning dispute resolution, investment, M&A, restructuring and long-term business growth.
With four years of international study in Canada and a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University, Leo works fluently in English and is at ease engaging with international clients and partners. This foundation allows him to coordinate cross-border matters, keep communication clear among parties, and align the firm’s work closely with clients’ day-to-day business operations.
Before joining Ngo & Partners, Leo held regional management and international market development roles in the industrial components distribution sector. Working with both domestic and multinational enterprises gave him a practical understanding of the legal issues that arise in international trade, investment and investor compliance.
At Ngo & Partners, Leo contributes to shaping the firm’s business development direction, nurturing long-term partnerships and supporting the smooth running of client engagements — particularly in international matters, where he coordinates among stakeholders and helps all sides understand one another clearly.
