Nhu Y Dang is currently a Paralegal at Ngo & Partners, where she assists senior lawyers in various legal areas, including litigation, arbitration, corporate and M&A, real estate, construction, marriage and family, debt recovery, labor, licensing, and corporate governance.
She graduated with a degree in Business Law from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and completed the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy, with a clear career path in legal fields such as commercial law, investment, corporate law, and dispute resolution, aiming to become a lawyer working at a professional law firm.
Prior to joining Ngo & Partners, Y gained practical experience working at the People’s Court and at a major law firm, where she was involved in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, corporate and M&A, real estate, construction, marriage and family, intellectual property, insurance, debt recovery, labor, licensing, and corporate governance.
At Ngo & Partners, Y is involved in legal research and assists lawyers in advisory work related to litigation, arbitration, corporate and M&A as well as licensing and corporate governance.
Y is also proactive in updating legal normative documents and contributes to drafting content for the Legal Update & Insights section on Ngo & Partners’ official website, which provides updates on new legal regulations.
