Nhi Tran

Nhi is currently a Paralegal at Ngo & Partners, supporting lawyers in areas such as corporate law and M&A, real estate, banking and debt restructuring, licensing, and corporate governance.

She graduated with a major in Law from the National Academy of Public Administration, with a clear career path in corporate law, real estate, banking and finance, dispute resolution, and aims to become a lawyer at a professional firm.

Prior to joining Ngo & Partners, Nhi gained experience working at the High People’s Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, handling administrative disputes in the land sector.

At Ngo & Partners, Nhi is involved in legal research and assists lawyers in cases such as civil disputes in criminal cases, land disputes, and M&A transactions.

Additionally, Nhi is proactive in updating legal documents and supports drafting content for the Legal Update & Insights section on Ngo & Partners’ official website, where updates on new legal regulations are shared.
